I am a warm, experienced, BACP registered counsellor practicing in Hanwell. I offer a safe, non-judgemental and confidential space where you can express and explore whatever is going on in your life. I am experienced in working with anxiety, depression, panic attacks, bereavement and relationship issues.
I provide a private Counselling and Psychotherapy service in West London during the week. My theoretical approach is based on Relational Transactional Analysis.
I am a fully qualified Counsellor and a member the BACP (British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy) and IARTA (International Association of Relational Transactional Analysis).
A weekly commitment is required. Prices reviewed annually. Over 18 only.
I work with adults on a one to one basis for either short term Counselling or long-term Psychotherapy depending on your needs. This is also sometimes called Talking Therapy.
Counselling may help those who generally function well day to day but are experiencing difficulties in the present, which might be due to bereavement, a relationship break up or work related stress for example. Longer term Psychotherapy may be more appropriate if you think your issues and anxieties are deeper or have been present for many years.
I work with couples weekly to help explore more deeply what is going on in your relationship. Couples counselling can be useful in helping couples identify where they are ‘stuck’ and to find new ways of relating to each other that can help you grow as individuals and as a couple.
My group sessions and workshops are small and confidential and offer space to explore what might be holding you back in life, so you can look to explore new ways of thinking, feeling and behaving.
I practice from two therapy rooms in Hanwell, located close to the Boston Manor Road. Both spaces are private and comfortable.
I also practice from therapy rooms located in Hampton which is in the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames.
I am able to hold group therapy meetings in both Hanwell and Hampton.
I am a Relational Trainee Psychotherapist, which means I believe the relationship between client and therapist is very important and that over time trust can develop and new ways of being become possible. Therapy can give you space to explore and understand a deeper sense of yourself and the issues you face. The aim of the work is so that you can empower yourself towards change and your full potential.
I have worked with clients that have experienced anxiety, depression, panic attacks, isolation, low self-esteem, childhood abuse, trauma, relationship and family issues, have had suicidal thoughts, feelings of sadness, loss and bereavement in addition to those who just feel stuck in life.
I am a member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy Membership number 373623),
IARTA (International Association of Relational Transactional Analysis) and a UKCP Trainee Therapist (UK Counsil for Psychotherapy Membership number 2011167380).
I am also a member of Metanoia Institute.
I offer a safe, confidential, empathic and non-judgmental space for you to explore difficult feelings and anxieties and to reflect on your life.
Sessions are confidential. My ethical code of practice is in line with the BACP and UKCP.
I am registered with the ICO (Information Commissioners Office) registration number ZA275503.
I am a fully qualified Counsellor and Trainee Psychotherapist. I don’t give advice or tell you what to do; I will work with you to find the best way forward to suit your individual needs.
