Qualifications: I gained my qualifications as a Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, a Transactional Analysis Psychotherapist, and a Certified Transactional Analyst from Metanoia Institute, Middlesex University and the European Association of Transactional Analysis (EATA).
I trained at Metanoia Institute which is a renowned educational institution specialising in psychotherapy and counselling training. Established in 1983, Metanoia Institute has a long-standing reputation for providing high-quality education in the field of psychotherapy. The institute is recognised and accredited by professional bodies such as the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and the European Association for Transactional Analysis (EATA).
Memberships: As a dedicated professional in the field of psychotherapy, I am proud to be a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP).
Being a member of the BACP and UKCP demonstrates my commitment to upholding the highest standards of ethical practice and continuous professional development. These organisations provide ongoing resources to enhance my skills and knowledge in the field. Being a member also assures clients of my adherence to strict codes of conduct, confidentiality, and professional integrity.
