I practice using Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy, an effective approach to counselling and psychotherapy. I believe my approach to counselling and psychotherapy can help clients achieve change on many different levels. My therapeutic approach integrates cognitive, behavioral, and relational modalities, providing a versatile toolkit to address a wide range of issues. By working together, we can explore the cognitive aspects of your anxiety, enhance self-awareness to identify triggers, and develop strategies to reduce panic attacks and anxiety. This multi-faceted approach empowers you to gain deeper insights and take meaningful steps towards emotional well-being.
For many, relieving anxiety and reducing panic attacks is enough and enables them to get back on with living. For others, relief from such day to day struggles enables them to have the capacity to then work on more deep-seated issues.
Transactional Analysis provides valuable tools to help you gain insight into recurring patterns in their lives, such as experiencing failed relationships, conflicts with colleagues, or a tendency to prioritize others' needs at their own expense. Through our work together, we can explore the underlying reasons for these patterns, increase self-awareness, and develop strategies to break free from repetitive cycles, empowering you to create healthier and more fulfilling relationships and experiences. Our work together would aim to help you recognise when you do this, start to understand why and in time explore how you can change your behaviour to achieve a different outcome.
