Finally, I require contact details and GP details to be provided to proceed.
Please note, a summary of some of the key points are outlined below.
About the Sessions
- If we agree to work together in the initial session we will agree to work at a specific time/day, once weekly.
- Individual sessions last for 50 minutes.
- Please arrive on time to ensure privacy with other clients leaving before your session.
- If you arrive late, I will not be able to extend the session.
- I only work with clients residing in the UK.
- You must be in the UK for remote sessions.
Commitment to Sessions
- My fee will require payment by the start of each session. This is reviewed annually.
- Payments can be made in cash in the session or by bank transfers (prior to the session). Unfortunately, I am unable to take bank card payments.
- Notice of 1 week is required if you are unable to attend a session for any reason or have planned a holiday. Payment is required in full for sessions cancelled under 1 weeks notice.
- Clients who miss more than 2 payments consecutively may risk losing their place in therapy, however this will be explored in full in the sessions.
- You may choose to end our work together at any time, or you may find the work draws to a natural ending. In either case it is important to have a closing session to say goodbye, as this can be an integral part of the therapeutic process.
